Ok- so I don't fix my own car a lot- but for different reasons I've been into smother's frequently enough to be able to write a thing or two. First off- they are very helpful even when you know next to nothing like me and they don't look at you silly when you have to ask what size wiper blade you're own car needs. They can also help with bigger needs and have a huge stockroom of parts behind their doors where they sit. Easy to walk in and have them look up your part, grab it and you're on your merry way. They've usually had what I needed in stock and even though I may not know what the part does that I've just bought, at least it was painless to purchase.
