My fiancee, a loyal customer for over 5 years of Southeastern Plastic Surgery, was extremely taken advantage of during her recent visit. This office does good work, but they majorly over charge her compared to the other competition for the same services. Her visit ended up costing $330, for a procedure that should have been about $250 and we feel they over charged her by about $75. We called the office to confront them as they gave her a discount card that said if she returns, she will gradually work her way up to a $75 discount, but they refuse to give her any credit from today's treatment even though she has been to them 4-5 times in the past saying that since she hasn't been there in the past year she gets no discount. She would have been in the past year but we didn't have the money. So now she being penalized by them because she wasn't there in the past year? What kind of client loyalty is that?
