Review content:
The manager "Bob" was a jerk. I had a Groupon and was told by Bob that the ride was at 9:30. When I got there he basically yelled at me because he said I should have been on the 9:00 ride (note that I was there at 8:00 and he's the one who checked me in, saying nothing about 9:00 vs 9:30!). He huffed and said he could have booked two spots on the 9:30 ride and proceeded to yell one of the wranglers in front of all the riders even though it was his mistake! He later yelled at my 8 year old son and pinched him when putting on his helmet.
The ride was nice, as were the wranglers (who obviously feared Bob and apologized for the incident). But due to Bully Bob, we'll NEVER go back!
