Our parts sales and service rep (PSSR), Tim Butkay, does a consistently good job with equipment pick-up and returning it with a job well done. Tim and Holt Cat's Sulphur Springs Machine Service shop are real good at what they do. They always ask questions and work hard to find a solution to any problems that arise with my Caterpillar engine.
