Review content:
Roedigers's Fee Savers plan leads you to believe you can save a bundle when selling your home. In all honesty, it would be easier to sell the home yourself and save the $500 "fee" required for feesavers. With this plan, you must do the open houses yourself and your home becomes less of a priority than those with full commission- meaning you get less personal showings from your realtor. They use the open houses as a way for you to do all the work, and then they refer possible buyers to the open house instead of jumping when the buyer is most interested.
Their policy for feesavers is a little sketchy, and if your home doesn't sell during your contract period, the money that would have been credited to you at closing from your $500 fee becomes non-refundable.
Do yourself a favor and go with another company.
