I spent over 14,000.00 dollars with this dentist for Lumineers and other dental work. Within two and a half years of installing the Lumineers, two of them fell off. One I think I swallowed in my sleep, which I hope does not cause other health problems down the road. The second Lumineer fell off, hit the floor and broke. I still have one Lumineer on my front tooth that she placed with the try on paste, and left it. The Lumineers were not fitted properly or installed properly. I admit, I did not have my teeth cleaned every six months, as Cerinate recommended, but this has nothing to do with the quality of workmanship of Cerinate. This has everything to do with the quality of work Susan Wells performed. She has no idea what she is doing. I even have a bridge in my mouth that is so much whiter than the rest of my teeth, it looks freakish. Like Ross on Friends when he whitened his teeth!!! When questioned, she just walked away to see another patient!! She only responds to my communications with hateful accusations. She even charged me $60.00 when I went to see her about fixing her shoddy work, and then she did nothing about it!!!! When I was spending so much money with this dentist, her office called me every other day. When she was no longer getting any money from me, I didn't even get a reminder for a teeth cleaning. If you don't have the money, she doesn't have the time. She is a fourth rate dentist, at best, and she will not do first rate work.
