The guys (three) showed up right in the middle of the two-hour arrival window, which was great. They were friendly, worked fast and hard, and had my downtown studio moved into a storage unit. in a little over two hours -- from arrival at the apartment to locking up the storage unit. Not a thing was broken or scratched nor was anything in the apartment or building common areas damaged (which was important to me since the building manager is a rage-aholic who sits perched in his window or at the CCTV monitors ready to race out of his apartment and pop another blood vessel in his eyes). I was very ready with everything boxed but they took proper care with wrapping my furniture, which was the only thing I had not done ahead of time. I tipped a hundred bucks because they worked their butts off and made the process so easy and hassle-free.
