Went New Year's Eve Jan 31, 2008. Busy night, bar staff was greatly understaffed, 3 people total. Getting a drink much less a second drink was terrible. Waited an hour past our reserved time to be seated. Our party of 18 was split between the 2 halves of the table. One half was almost done eating while the other half was just getting their meal cooked. Not many veggies served per person. Lobster was overcooked and very tough, lacked good lobster flavor. Filet Mignon was excellent (the high point of the whole experience). Our server was doing his best but couldn't keep up as it took some of us a very, very long time to get a drink. Some gave up and some went to the already crowded bar for their drinks. When we complained (nicely and professionally), we were told, sorry, busy n
