Review content:
Visser installed the plumbing in our brand-new home 2 years ago. Before we even moved in, there were several leaks that had to be repaired. Again within a couple months of moving in there was another leak that had to be fixed. A few weeks ago, we noticed water damage in the ceiling and walls of our finished basement, and 2 more leaks had to be repaired. Visser refused to stand behind their work or even submit the claim to their insurance. Mitch, the owner, said he "felt bad", but not bad enough to make it right.
