New administrator, hired from outside area, has many wonderful, long time employees, but is a total failure at anything but being a grand stander. Trips over his words, does not keep his promises, and is a total wannabe, and fails miserably.He allows his staff no decision making, doesn't empower them at all.This is a skilled facility that has always had a stellar reputation, with a long waiting line, but I find myself checking off so many things that are wrong.Housekeeping leaves urine on floors, spit on walls, blood on pillowcases for 5 or more days, shower was never cleaned.Very attractive facility, very poorly managed by someone whom we all would hope is on borrowed time there. Both patients and employees say it's his way or the highway.
