Scheduled an appointment with Champion b/c we need windows, and I drive by their factory every day. Sales rep showed up to our house on time at the scheduled time of 2pm. Product seemed very good, and the price didn't seem totally unreasonable (maybe a little high, but whatever). Here's the problem--this man stayed in my house for 2 hours and 40 minutes. I do take some responsibility for not chasing him out or communicating that I have better things to do with my time than watch his glass pane heat tests. But he never once mentioned how long this was taking. Have some respect for other people's time! I had a different company in two days later, which seemed like the same product, and this guy would have left in 25 minutes if I would not have asked questions, and the price was around half of Champion's quote. Once again, I'm not knocking the product, and part of it was my fault for not communicating more strongly, but this man stayed in my house for 2 hours and 40 minutes which
