They attempted to charge me twice what I was quoted $880 vs. $440 (had a timing belt and water pump put on). When my husband went in and refused and asked for detail behind the amount it showed they were charging me separate labor for both the water pump and timing belt, they (Logan/Joe) said "yup, thats correct"; my husband explained to them that he knew what any even semi-competent guy knows, that the water pump and timing belt get replaced at the same time because they require the same parts to be removed so it would be stupid not to do them both at once. They finally agreed to take off the double billing, but not until he argued with them for 15 minutes. These guys were truly just trying to rip me off, this wasn't a misunderstanding. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THEM EVEN IF THEY QUOTE YOU A CHEAPER PRICE.
