Review content:
brand new car washed 3 weeks later, looked great until it rained on it...spots galore. Went back to complain. They talked me into detailing a new car for 50.00 dollars more( Dumb Idea ) But i did it because they told me the spots could be taken care of. Some were gone but not all, spots of the body, parts of the chrome and on the sun roof, side view mirrors. They said it was because I had washed it in hard water. I told them this was the second time it had been washed both times were by them. The manager said to take it back to the dealership because they washed it with hard water. Mind you this is a brand new car from Chevrolet. He suggested it must of been caught in a sprinkler. I told him it goes to work, the grocery store and when not in use it is garage kept. It had never been in a sprinkler. He proceeds to use lime away on the mirrors and windows but informed me that I paid for a inside detail and he didn't have time to remove all the spots on the car. Told me to purchase lime away and do the job myself. I called a body shop to ask about lime away and was told it would destroy the clear coat that protects the car paint and in time will pit the chrome. So i took it home and used vinegar and a lot of elbow grease. Not only did they do a poor job both times they washed it, they did not rectify the situation and they gave me advise that would have in time damaged my paint and chrome. I always used them every week in the winter and bi-weekly in the summer. They know me as a regular on e.state. They refused to listen to me when I told them I have not even made 1 payment on my car and it had NO Spots when I got it from the dealer ship. The manager told me as he was working on the sun roof that since these roofs came in cars people pay attention to the roof where before they didn't...excuse me I PAY ATTENTION...I can see film and spots and He did not HEAR me they appeared after Octopus washed it.They were the only ones to wash it. Burns me when they did something wrong and I was charged to fix it and blamed for it.
