My oven started to malfunction about a week ago. I was using it to cook our lunch and after I had finished cooking, I suddenly noticed that the display was out. I tried to fiddle with it and realized that it won’t work anymore. My father is always the first one that I call to check on my appliances but he has been busy lately. I searched the net for repair services and I landed on their website. I called their operator and gave me an appointment the following day. The technician arrived at the stated time and immediately went to look at my oven and minutes later he told me that the motherboard needs replacement. He gave me a reasonable price for the parts and he replaced it after he got the part from his truck. He was able to fix my oven quickly and he was very courteous and polite while he was at my house. Their fast response in answering and giving me an appointment was amazing. I give them 5 stars for their great service.
