Review content:
A friend of mine recently was hospitalized with a condition and after a short stay in Med Central was sent upstairs to SCCI for some specialzed treatments.
This speciality facility is located on the top floor of Med Central, but is a separate facility. They provide longer than normal stays where the patient needs special treatment for their conditions. This friend was diabetic and needed some special meds and treatments for an operation that was done in association with his condition.
The staff was very pleasant, very helpful and accomodating. I was up there about once a week visiting, sometimes more, and they were always busy cleaning, helping out or just visiting to make sure the patients were comfortable. My friend did like the therapy's given and found the staff attentive and helpful as well.
My experience was that this is a good facility for the treatment of special conditions.
