While Dr. Wilson himself is a very laid-back and congenial guy, he is absent-minded and you have to stay on top of what tests he says he wants to run or what products he suggest you buy as he often forgets to write it down or tell his staff. Moreover, his receptionist becomes defensive if you ask questions and try to own your pet's health care. She will make command decisions that often run contrary to what you want for your pet because she believes she knows better than you. If you are a laid back person who doesn't mind the receptionist owning your pets health and like a nice guy Dr who forgets to order tests, then this is the place for you.
