Dr Guertz is very nice and knowledgable. The Assistants are also very nice and caring. Dr. Guertz identified my cats problem right away. Unfortunately it was kidney failure. My cat was brought in a couple times a week for fluids to help her kidneys function and the assistants did a great job with her. Kidney failure is progressive and incurable. When it came time to euthanize her they were extremely empathetic and squeezed us in to their schedule. They even sent me a sympathy card :) We will be getting a couple kittens soon and will be going back to crossroads for their care. They are wonderful!
