Absolutely the worst experiencer I've had as a homeowner getting work done on our home! We decided to use Servco to get a new heating/air conditioning system. They were not our cheapest bid but I wanted to use local, big mistatke. Their electrician didn't check to see the circuit he was using had other things on it. Our old furnacer worked fine on that circuit but as I've been told by other heating companies, any electrician would not install today's furnaces on a multi-use circuit. We had circuits available but he didn't check. We had troubles from the beginning, the board blew, etc. Finally, after enduring several days without heat in the winter and multiple visits before that, it was isolated to the circuit. This is where the big problem began, SERVCO made us hire an electrician and fix their miistake and they billed us when their workers came out to set it up after the electrical repair. I am rarely shocked anymore but this was ridiculous. When you get a bid on something,
