We had just moved to OKC and we were told mixed reviews of MB Furniture Store. We decided to give it a try. Upon entering the building we noticed a plethora of sales people standing around the upstairs glass railings where the escalators go up. It reminded me of vultures waiting to pick our bones. We did manage to find a nice salesman who gave us some reasonable space while we looked around. We ended up purchasing a King sized sleigh bed, a dresser w/ mirror, a high boy dresser and 2 bedside tables. A fairly sizable purchase. We were pretty happy with our purchase and our salesman. Our delivery came and went without any major hassles until we noticed that the dresser w/mirror was missing. The delivery men didn't know anything about the missing piece. I called our salesman directly (he had given me his card with his cell phone number). He checked out my complaint and called me back to say that the dresser was on back order and would be arriving in about 1 week. Well the week came and
