Took my mom there for a chair and spent way too much time waiting on the reps - one of them was actually working with another couple while we were waiting for him - they work on commission so it must be rough over there.\r

Found a chair, but due to other reviews, insisted on one that was in stock. Was delivered same day, no hassles.\r
\r
Also, bought an $800 desk for $130 just because it was missing a drawer. Got a $400 hutch for $75 because it was "out of style". So check the back room - there are some good deals there - many items have minor scratches that are easily dealt with or ignored.
