The team was really nice...wish I could say the same about my repair. The color match was good, but the quality of their repair was very disappointing.\r

I had my door repaired after being hit. The work was pretty sloppy...there's tape-marks on the sill, paint imperfections, the weather stripping wasn't installed properly, there's loose fasteners (and some stripped from using the wrong tools), the door "feels" hollow as if there's missing insulation, the door panel was loose, the inner air-ducting on the bumper was improperly installed, and an annoying air leak that even after three returns still hasn't been fixed. All around, not a good job.\r

I was going to try to live with it, but at this point will likely take it to another location to have it fixed correctly.
