Today I was fortunate enough to have dealings with Roto-Rooter. My emergency was considered critical to my family whereas we had a serious blockage in our main sewer line. Extremely good representation commenced with an early morning telehone call for aid. It was well received, professionally answered and promptly identified related to the service call required. I am not a young man, am set in my ways and look to professional representation in all industries as well as trades. My dealings with Mr. Mike Nicoll on this date brought back memories of gentlemanly behavior, professional competency and a work ethic that was above reproach. The key words here being work ethic for this gentleman worked diligently and extensively until he solved my problem. I am not in the habit of expressing appreciation unless earned and deserved.
