i had been taking my animals there for a long time, Dr. Farmer often treated my dogs and would not call before doing extra thing,so when i would come to pick them up my bill would be 100 to 200.00 more then what i agreed on, the staff was very forgetful and often did not call when my animal were there and the worst thing of all was my dog had to be put down at an emergency clinic and i never received one phone call for that office. they are all about money.
