I got tired of waiting for Frontier Toyota to get to me when I brought my SUV in for a simple problem - the back door wouldn't open. I jumped in the car and went straight to Pacc. They were extremely nice, knew what the problem was and gave me an estimate $100 cheaper than Frontier gave me over the phone. They ordered the part from Frontier (they use factory parts whenever possible) and went there themselves, since Frontier takes about 2 hours even though they are 1 mile away. They got the part back and realized Frontier gave them the wrong part and didn't have any in stock. Luckily, we found another dealer and they were able to fix it in no time at all. I was so thankful for their help and their courtesy. I will definitely go back there!
