Carr's was recommended to me my a family friend who uses them and owns a flooring business. Have used them twice over the years for regulars carpet maintenance cleaning . Recently had a situation where an elderly visitor could not make to the bathroom. There was fecal matter on my white carpet the evening of a holiday. I cleaned what I could. I called carr's as soon as they opened the next day and they worked me into their full schedule...on a holiday week end! They came and sanitized and cleaned my carpet, with such professionalim. They are worth every penny. I will use no one else.
