Review content:
Hi!\r \r I'm one of the new owners of Benning Animal Hospital, as profiled on NBC's 'Rise and Shine' last week. Dr. Keri Riddick is new to our staff from birmingham, where she is recognized for her expertise in emergency medicine, small animal practice, and exotics such as pot-bellied pigs and goats.\r \r I'd like to respond to a couple of the posts here with our new changes to the clinic. Even though Benning Animal hospital has been a part of Columbus since 1950, we are becoming better all the time!\r \r Alma and Amy- Dr. Reed, now known as Dr Harris, is still with us and will be for at least 5 more years (retirement). We don't provide livestock or "large animal" services other than large dogs or pot-bellied pigs, but focus on small animals, pocket pets, and exotics such as reptiles. Your comments are right on regarding livestock, which is why we no longer practice in that area. Dr. Riddick, our new vet, has been highly praised for her emergency work, and we hope you'll give her a chance! W
