The best thing with Alamo is that they have probably the most competitive prices around for any of the major car rental carriers I've been to in the united states. The customer service is great, I would recommend Alamo to anyone who is in need of a day car. The fleet is a little small and often I've had to book far in advance to get a decent ride. The cars are well kept and very clean, no cigarette burns, no lingering smells from the last driver. The best thing Alamo has to offer is their exceptional affordability. I travel frequently and therefore, car rental is a must for most trips. I tried Alamo because my friend said they were charging reasonable prices and their cars are in good condition. I decided to try it out.True to his words, they were quite a delight ! Their office personnels were very informative, helpful and patient despite my constant bombrading them with questions on some of their policies. This left a very impressionable impression of them in my eyes. Customer service
