I rented a two bedroom apartment for five years from this agency. When we left, I, like anyone else who keeps rented property nice and undamaged expected most of my deposit back. This real estate agency doesn't care about it's tenants. They robbed us from our deposit. For an example, "Remove tape from dryer vent" ($66.19), and the list of ridiculous costs continue... Tape people, yes, I said tape! Two seconds of labor for $66.19! Also, Lemoore in the summer can get up to 115 degrees ferinhite. It took them over a month and over ten phone calls to respond and fix a broken A/C. These people are garbage!
