Review content:
Do not go to The Endeavor Marina for boat work! They have had my boat for over two weeks and I was originally told it would be two days. They said they had to order two gaskets a week and 3 days ago. On Thursday I called for an update and they said it would be next week due to them not having the parts yet. I called their bluff and asked for the part numbers. Within 10 minutes I found the gaskets (very common and in-stock) and took off work the next day to go get them and had the parts to them when they opened at 8:30. I was told they would have it done on Friday 7/19/2013 and you guessed it they did not. I was then told it would be done today 7/20/2013 and you guessed it again it was not! I was just told they had not even started on it and it will not be done today. Their customer service is bottom of the barrel and no one can tell me why they have not fixed my boat motor which the mechanic and service writer Rebecca told me would only take 45 minutes to put back together and fix. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
