Review content:
Friendly staff who know you and your pet by name. Vets who are knowledgeable and compassionate and go that extra step. I have expensive pets but they help me where they can. They spend as much time with me/my pet as needed and answer any questions to my satisfaction. Can't imagine going anywhere else.
PROS: Friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate.
CONS: None for me, but my dog may have a different story. Not her favorite place
