Review content:
Going to Dr. Brust is one of the worst decisions I've ever made. First, I have to agree 100% with the reviews on here of his Taylor location (http://www.insiderpages.com/b/15253530149/brust-eric-dds-ms-pc-taylor) that the doctor was always rushed and bouncing around, as that's the personality he has and in my opinion just puts way too much on his plate as far as number of patients he sees per day. \r

The worst thing though for me is that he simply did not fix the problems I came in for, and did not seem concerned. I am not surprised by the review that talks about how he ignored a problem throughout treatment. I rarely recall him communicating about how the treatment was going and instead decided to trust him. At the time I was a naive college student that wanted to avoid traditional braces so asked about Invisalign, which he said could treat my case (all of the orthodontists I later consulted with for re-treatment confirmed that invisalign was not at all appropriate for my case). \r
