Took my cat here since I moved into the neighborhood about 2 1/2 years. She used to get her shots and check ups there on time all this years. These past 3 months I took her there SEVERAL TIMES for check ups, she wasn't eating, lost about 7lbs went from 15lbs to 9lbs in 3 months, she wasn't grooming herself anymore, and was pulling her fur off her. Every time I took her , they supposedly checked her up , and all they could say was "she is getting there" , "She is is old" , "Is normal in cats her age", "she is fine".\r Last time I took her was on Sep 22nd,2011 and was told the same story. About a week ago I took her to VCA and they discovered that her tongue was full of ulcerated tumors, ORAL CANCER!! Was told that she is been having these things in her mouth for at least 6 months.!!!\r Rainbow took gladly my money all this time, I trusted them with my baby, they happen to missed to open my cat's mouth and check her thoroughly.\r If the cancer would have been detected the first time, I coul
