When contacting the internet department I was not pleased. They took over a week to get pictures of the automobile I was interested in. I finally received the pictures and liked what I saw. I then went to the dealership and the sales staff made up for the disappointments I had with internet department. I was greeted quickly when I walked in by salesperson Carol Thomas and was on a test drive in approx 20 mins. They were very open to dealing with the price of my trade and price of the car instead of the "take it or leave it" attitude that a lot of dealerships have now. The finance guy(can't remember his name) was also great to deal with and found me the best rate possible for my loan. I am very happy with my Ridgeline and have had no problems. Carol Thomas has been good about following up on the sale and making sure I am happy with my purchase. Carol and the finance guy had a "real" approach. They were very friendly, but not in the "fake friendly" way that most dealerships are today. Th
