Wow, I couldn't believe that they would hire people that don't know a thing about cars. They have minimal knowledge when it comes to cars and common sense, and don't seem to care much about their customers.\r

I was here a few years ago, so it MIGHT not be the same.. but I doubt it. I came in looking for new headlights and bulb sockets for my car. After having to wait several minutes for someone to help me, a older lady walks up and eyes me head to toe. I ask her if she works there and she replies with a "YEP". Well, I asked about the headlights and sockets.. She goes on to tell me that auto parts stores don't carry that sort of thing and that the best way to get those parts was to visit a junkyard. I couldn't believe what I was hearing lol. Anyway, I went over to a store in Wenatchee (Jerry's I believe.. can't remember the name) and the guy was nice and courteous. He found everything I needed in a matter of seconds. I'd avoid Schucks, but like I said.. it might be better now
