Before going on with my review I would like to say that Joe (owner?) seems like a nice guy and this review is more directed at the tire shop as a whole.\r

Took my vehicle in to have a simple tire rotation. First, it's not first come first serve. Priority is given to whoever has the most expensive work that needs to be done - I assume this is all about the money. Don't be surprised to take your vehicle in and wait hours just to have something simple done. Everyone's experience is different, but in my case, my service was pushed back because the person who came in AFTER me needed something done that was engine related. Needless to say, my vehicle went in approx. 930 am and was returned at approx. 2 pm. Not having another vehicle with me, I ended up enjoying the sites of Woodbury (oh joy...) just to wait for a simple tire rotation. Likewise, the old guy at the counter will be sure to inform you of their closing time. \r
