First I just would like to disagree with the review placed on 3/11/07 "Watch for Hidden Charges". My experience with this vet clinic was very positive. The doctor who treated my dog was very caring and the staff overall seemed to genuinely love animals of all kinds. I am new to the area, however, when I called for pricing information, they told me clearly what to expect, and they did say that some services could only be quoted as an estimate. I have had animals all my life, and have been to many different vets; this one was far from being the worst. I have some cats as well, and the doctor and staff discussed health concerns for them even though I was there with my dog. They didn't come across as being incompetent or sneaky as described in the 3/11/07 review. Actually my impression was that they were honest, and cared about the pets as well as my checkbook...offering me options, coupons and discounts for multiple pets.
