I have to say when I went to Animal Medical Center the doctors were great but one of the girls we had to deal with at the front desk was horrible! Me and my husband recently brought our dog there and right as we got there we were ignored like we were not even there.There was one girl who was taking care of us that not only was rude but made us feel very uncomfortable. She made it seem like we were a bother to her the whole time and she had something better to do. After seeing the doctor we had noticed something was wrong with our prescriptions. We asked her if she could ask the doctor and she replied "They are too busy" We then told her that something was wrong with prescription and she rudely grabbed them briefly looked and said they were fine. We had told her we knew they were not and her response was "Yes they are. I know what I'm doing. I've been here over 10 years." Finally I said I wasn't leaving until I was completely sure.
