I've been visiting the Animal Care Clinic for the last five years to have my dog's teeth cleaned. They do have reasonable rates for teeth cleaning except after your dog reaches the age of 7 where it can become considerably more expensive.\r

In person I find the customer service of the folks at the reception desk to be okay, but definitely not wonderful or outstanding. They don't update their records to reflect changes and they don't appear to enter the information correctly either. I find this frustrating because each time I call for an appointment my information never comes up because it wasn't entered correctly so I have to remember their mistakes in order to help them locate mine and my dog's information. Very annoying and frankly unprofessional. While the doctors are great at what they do, their staff is just okay. Nothing remarkable.
PROS: Less expensive than some places;
CONS: Poor attention to detail; not good phone skills
