Cleaned for us, we paid promptly ( $500+). Later we realized the door to our firebox had not been put back on properly. We called, they were pretty rude, said it wasn't that important and we could probably put it back on ourselves, finally said they'd come back out to fix.. Never did of course. They may know how to clean out your chimney but I am still shocked by that poor level of follow up and customer service. Would never call again or recommend
