Review content:
We are on a septic system, and have used Van Delden three times, once before we bought our home, again about 3 years later, and once on an emergency call. The operator has been very nice every time I have had to call, and I was pleased with the service and with the price of having the systerm cleaned. We have an alarm that goes off when there is a back up, and it went off during a heavy storm so I had them come out and check the system. They could not come out for a couple of days, and I felt the charge was inflated for a simple check of the system. However, I will probably continue to use them for our cleaning needs every several years.
