One of your plumbers, Hank Gielarowski, did some work in our home today. I wanted to let you know he did an excellent job. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My wife and I were very impressed by his friendly and easy going manner. This was our first experience using your services and it won't be our last. Once we explained to Hank what we wanted to do he offered up suggestions that were spot on. I will tell you that the only reason we considered using your company was the free estimate, but make no mistake, it was Hank who closed the deal. He represented your company with the kind of honesty and integrity seldom seen these days. I hope that your company makes a point of recognizing and rewarding employees of his caliber.
