I went to ESS to tour the facilities before booking storage space. I already checked out details and pricing online. The staff was very helpful and showed me multiple units. The facilities were clean and well lit, and the hallways weren't too narrow. He answered my questions about security, different unit types, hours/access, parking and unloading area. When I told him the price I was quoted online (about $15 less per month than reservations made in person), he honored the online price, and held a room for me based on online price which included a free month. \r

As far as storage spaces go, they are pretty standard, but their customer service is excellent.
