I read the review for Vickery Place Animal Hospital and I honestly have to say this person must be from another planet. I haven't seen CUSTOMER SERVICE like what I received since the word CUSTOMER SERVICE was given a definition. The Doctors and their staff are wonderful, and go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable. I wasn't certain as to the prognosis of my dog but was given answers that I could understand. The Dr. called me back that evening to check on my pet, I didn't think that was done anymore. I would give them any recommendation and have sent several customers to them. It sounds to me someone didn't pay for their bill and probably makes a practice of NOT paying their bills. I was given an estimate of low figure and high figure which were both fair.
