This hotel is wonderful. The staff was so friendly and really helped us find a room that suited our needs. When I checked in, I could not find the remote once in the hotel room and they had someone bring my a new one within minutes. They apologized and offered to give me a discount on my room! I said that was no problem and continued to have a great night. We slept soundly in a nice, comfortable environment. They went beyond what we had imagined they would offer and we will definitely stay here again in the future.
