I would never suggest this business to anyone. There aren't enough words to accurately describe my frustration and disappointment with Franks Flooring. I'm actually shocked at the lack of respective with which I was treated. \r

The Franks family is/were friends of my father and had done a decent amount of work with my family's business. This is why I went to them. I had a rather hard time getting a call back to actually schedule the work on my kitchen floor. It took several voicemails and finally a personal visit from my father to the store to get installation scheduled.\r

I had done the demo and removal of the previous floor, so that the Frank's team could come in and very easily install the new floor. The event of the installation was typical - they didn't leave an excessive mess or anything, but immediately after they left it was apparent that something was wrong with the floor. It would crackle and pop as if there were many many air bubbles under the floor everytime you w
