I've made multiple trips and calls about, out of all things, spark plugs. A very simple part, right? I've spoken to people over the phone and they said they had more than 4 in stock, yet when I go there 15 min later they somehow no longer have them. Keep in mind this spark plug is for a dirt bike so it is not a highly sought after spark plug. The gentleman working the counter stated that the computer said they had it but he couldn't find it. I understand that, mistakes can happen. The problem is that they said that they would have more in stock in less than a week. A week later when I call back they stated that they had plenty in stock so again I make the trip to pick them up. When I get there guess what, no spark plug. But this time the guy didn't even go look. He simply stated "we don't carry spark plugs for dirt bikes," which is funny to me because I've purchased them from there multiple times before and I called and gave the part number (a very common ngk spark plug
