The exact same experience happened with us! After boarding our dog for YEARS- Kerry pulled this same crap on us- leaving us to hunt for a kennel last minute. She also came back at us making claims that our dog barked too much. Well- why did they write happy faces on his "report card" all these years saying he is a very happy talkative dog?! We would purchase all of the extra hugs & kisses & grooming- a lot of money. Kerry is not the same Kerry we experienced in our early years of boarding him. We will NEVER be back & NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
