Only problems I've ever encountered was with their warehouse... twice now (at different locations which use the same warehouse) the part I asked for and the part delivered were no where near similar. According to friends, this happens frequently. On the plus side, they have a great return policy and you don't have to pay for the part until you pick it up, so if it's wrong, it's not going to cost you anything except another business day for them to try again. \r

The thing I like about Kragens' is their computer system; they can look up just about anything, so the auto illiterate customer need not feel at a complete loss. Very well stocked, and friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service. They have no problem showing you products on the floor and explaining exactly what certain parts and fluids do in your vehicle, and how different brands and types offer different performance. \r

I don't know if the prices are lower then anywhere else: a quart of ATF4 transmission fluid is around $4.
