Review content:
My dogs used to vet here. However; during one time of boarding, when we returned home one of our dogs had an eye condition. They were "supposed" to be in an air conditioned area. They would not let me take them back and get them settled (had an excuse why I could not go back) as I always did previously ... anyway, when we got home and I inquired about the eye problem, they told me that he had "dry eye" and ordered medicine. I KNEW better because I had previously had him to an eye SPECIALIST in Atlanta. I knew he must have been in a hot environment. They finally admitted to me that they were having trouble with their air conditioning!!! They told me that they were going to forgo the vet fees to check him out (for the problem THEY caused) but charged me for the meds. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I wanted to talk to the owner about the issue but the receptionist said he was not available. I asked them to have him contact me. They said they would ... but never did. My dogs haven't been back ...
