Businiess name:  Battleground Hospital for Animals

Review content:
Battleground Animal Hospital is by far the cleanest, most welcoming animal hospital I have ever visited (and I've been in quite a few over the years). Staff is friendly and supportive. I couldn't have been happier with my experience... until I took a closer look at my bill.\r \r If you make more than $50,000 a year you'll probably never care about the medication policy at Battleground, but for those of us will less fluid cash or a bigger batch of pets, the medication policy at Battleground just will not do. They charge a flat dispensing fee for all prescriptions regardless of quantity or type of medication. Need a refill on the same med- yep, you're paying it again. The dispensing fee on the medication I needed for my cat last month ended up being 96% the cost of the actual pill!!! It may seem like a flat $12 fee per medication just isn't that much, but I can't tolerate a policy that so blatantly generates exorbitant profits off of needy customers and their pets.
